we had a great time - too much drink and food - but the company was fantastic and the house and setting were wonderful. Kim's daughter steph and her husband giles and new baby (kaydan) also stayed. new babies are such a distraction (they are a bit like a fire). we played golf one day and had a really nice lunch in Denmark on another day, otherwise we stayed home and chatted/relaxed.
I was supposed to work today but i have strained my back (not sure how but probably too much golf) and i am struggling to bend over so i would be no good lifting anything.
here are some photos (random order) of kim and mike, steph and giles, the baby, the view from the balcony, the moon (we had a full one to watch).

Lovely! Looks like a blast... what great scenery. I'm doing what I can to talk Dan into a trip to Perth!
make sure if you come this far across the globe you plan to spend at least a couple of weeks. if you want to travel around Australia (even just to the major cities) you need a month. its a big, wonderful place and it needs time to enjoy it
